Additionally, there may be periods when you don’t have enough work to keep them consistently busy, resulting in paying for unutilized time.

With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for the designer’s services when you have work available for them.

Upon subscribing, you can include an unlimited number of design requests in your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially.

It might be unexpected, but webclam is essentially a solo-operated agency. This means you’ll be directly collaborating with me, the founder of Designjoy. However, power-up requests like animations or custom illustrations are handled by partner designers.

We acknowledge that you might not have a sufficient amount of design work to occupy an entire month. If you currently have only one or two design requests, the option to pause your subscription becomes valuable.

Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For instance, if you subscribe and utilize the service for 21 days and subsequently choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be halted. This implies that you’ll retain 10 unused days of service, which can be utilized at your convenience in the future.

Most requests are designed using Figma.

Webclam provides considerable flexibility for design requests through Trello. Clients commonly submit design requests directly on Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even convey their requirements through a brief Loom video for those who prefer a non-written format. Essentially, any content that can be linked to or shared within Trello is acceptable.

No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

Certainly. webclam excludes the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return  when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
